Antioxidant

Physical properties:

Soluble in toluene, acetone, ethyl acetate, chloroform and metylene chloride, sparingly soluble in methanol, n-hexane, insoluble in water. Good extraction-resistance in water and low volatility.

Performance and Application:

Antioxidant 1010 is a highly effective, colorless, hindered phenolic antioxidant. It can be used in plastics, rubber, synthetic fibers, elastomers and other materials to protect the thermal oxygen degradation of materials. Applications include polyolefins, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene and olefin copolymers; It can also be used in polyaldehyde resin, polyamide, polyurethane, polyester, polyvinyl chloride, styrene homopolymer or copolymer, elastomers, adhesives and other organic materials. It can be combined with phosphite ester and thioester auxiliary antioxidant for better effect. Recommended dosage: 0.05% ~ 0.5%. Polyolefin: 0.05% ~ 0.4%; Hot melt adhesive: 0.2% ~ 1%; Adhesive: 0.1%~ 0.5%.

Storage and packaging：

Keep containers tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated place. Paper-plastic composite bags or cardboard boxes with PE film bag inside,net weight 25kg, or according to customers’ requirement. Period of Validity: Normally 24 months.
